so today is my 4 month anniversary from when I started lifting. I started out skinnyfat and basically starved myself with a a keto diet (without fat, dumb i know) for two months and ate a normal one for one month. I tried a keto diet this week for experimental purposes and I hated it.
Anyways, I'm close to medically underweight. By now you're probably thinking, "well duh "you need to bulk." But the thing is "underweight" standards by doctors are based on normies. I really just want to look aesthetic as possible, and I'm fine with being underweight. Anyways give me a rate and advice.
Also, opinions on a keto diet in general, or should I just stick to a normal fucking diet?

And yes, I did read the sticky, I looked at the guide. I'd like some more info onto what is best for me though.

I'm around 150 pounds roughly. I'm also 5'6"

I know, I don't wanna get in shape to pick up women, I wanna get in shape to make myself healthier and also able to hold my own in a fight. The university I attend has a gym avaliable to all students, and I fucking pay for it in my tuition anyways so I might as well use it, I pay for it whether I use it or not.

I'm not really obese or super fat, but I do have a bit of flab I don't like. What would /fit/ recommend I do first, the fat loss diet? Or should I go into the muscle gains diet first since my fat isn't THAT bad?

Also I've never really worked out before and am pretty damn weak, what would /fit/ recommend for a starting workout? Also, general motivation tips.

Hey guys. Today I have learned a lesson I'd like to share with you. Do not drink if you're in ketosis. Last night I had 5 vodka-seltzers between 8 and 12:30. Normally, this would be okay. However, today I learned that keto hangovers are a dangerous, punishing ordeal. All day I have been puking up bile and just threw up the liquid in my stomach. The head and body ache was more potent than any hangover I've ever had, including my college days. If you consider keto, limit yourself to one drink or none at all.

Because people spend a couple of months giving up their version of fapping and when they don't look like chad Thundercock or Stacy Thundercunt they think it's not worth it or don't have the proper genetics.

I think it's partly because when you walk around in stores you see magazines that say 'How to get a 6pack in one month' and on television/Social media you see similar Fitness articles and advertisements that claim you can have your ideal body in a couple months without having to work hard for it.

Would it be possible to run only 1 mild cycle, pack on mass and keep most of it if its below your natural potential?

I've been lifting for a year and a half now, I wanted to run a cycle to skip years of training. With proper PCT, would it be possible for me to keep the gains even if I'm never gonna do another cycle again assuming I eat and workout just as hard. If its within my natural potential/natty limit then it should be physically possible?

Wanted to hear thoughts on this idea, no "its never just one cycle" bullshit.

How to keep training?

Sup /fit/ in the past I was always noticeably stronger than people my age. Agile too. Could play most of the team sports with ease, would always get picked to be in teams etc. Used to do muay thai and wing chun.

But I fell for a chick, we were together for 3,5 years and all we did was gaming, eating(domino's, burgers etc) and fucking(10 times a week or so) and now I'm still depressed(been 8 months now)after it and can't motivate myself to train, or keep training more than a week or so.

What do you guys suggest? I don't need to look jacked. I just want to be strong and Agile.

So I can be full of energy, and up to do anything. Be it to have the stamina for small basketball games, or be it jumping off a high rock with a front flip into the water. And don't want to look strong so people think of me as a casual guy. And if the time and the need arises show them what can happen.
