Leighton so here's my problem /fit/

I have a thirteen year old son who's insecure about his body. He hasn't even gone through puberty yet and he's worried he'll end up shift with wide hips. Not wanting a weak beta for a son, I decided to help him. I plan on putting him into football and kickboxing very soon, but is that enough to boost T production? I should also mention, he doesn't eat very well. What foods should i give him? If he finds out I could have helped him and I didn't, he'll hate me, that's how obsessed he is with this.

Please, /fit/, help me

Why is everyone so minimalist in their routines? They do like 45 minutes or an hour of workouts maybe once a day and then just do fuck all for the rest of it??

Bodybuilders like Arnold spent 4 or 5 hours in the gym every day. 4. Or 5. Hours. And you all think you can look like Arnold by doing an hour max and "eating right :DDD".

No wonder fucking natty lifters look like shit. If you roid up then sure you can probably spend an hour every day, but do you seriously believe that you can build as much muscle as a bodybuilder doing 1/5th of the work? Cmon now..

I met my former bully at the gym, he offered to train together.

i'm a college dropout with no diploma, he's a trained podologist.

Everything is in the shitter for me right now. How do I not sink?
