Okay, so my options are limited to:
>NITROTECH RIPPED
>MASS FUSION
>Nitro-tech performance series
>Platinum 100% Pure Whey
>NITRO PURE WHEY

I don't really know which is the best option out of these, as they're the only ones available that I can get ATM. I'm 6' 155lbs and I'm not looking to really add a ton of weight,170-180 would be ideal.

Anyone care to chime in and offer some genuine advice?

Progressive overload on hip thrusts 3x a week. Add other glute specific exercises like donkey kicks etc. It really isn't that hard to figure out, you want a good ass, nice legs and abs you have to train those muscle groups at least 2-3 times a week with progressive overload. And of course watch your caloric intake, if underweight eat more, if overweight eat less.

Also there are more than enough female fitness youtubers that have great information like Abby pollock and Stephanie buttermore that have good information on female fitness.

Do you believe ancient warriors were as ripped as art makes them out to be or was it just exaggerated for drama?

I personally like front squats because they feel more natural for a lanklet like me. They also provide less knee and back strain compared to back squats.

They also put emphasis on your quads, as well as your upper back, though they do also work hammies and glutes as well.

My upper traps get quickly sore when I perform front squats (makes sense)

Question: does this exercise also work the middle traps?
I feel them working during deadlift but I'm curious about this other exercise

A solution I have that matches all your criteria (except it being literally beef) including the implied unstated ones like chewiness, saltiness and texture is salty smokey seitan strips. Dirt cheap, 80% calories from protein, as chewy and salty as you want it

Change doesn't happen overnight. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Some people are used to working out early, some late, some after having carbs on your system, some fasted it all really fucking depends.

Give it couple weeks.

Depends when i start, but a lot of the time i've worked out at 6am, 7am, 10am, 11am (Usual one) and did heavy squats and dead-lifts at all those times mentioned.

If it's very early, I'll have a whey shake, I'll put olive oil, oats, peanut-butter, chia seeds wait 30 minutes. Take my pre-workout, wait 30 minutes and go lift heavy.

Also if it wasn't clear, i always give myself roughly an hour or an hour and 30 minutes before heading for the gym. Make sure my whey and pre-workout has kicked in.

Usually also take my supplements.

How do you develop discipline?

What I believe I've learned about discipline so far is:
>doing things whether you feel like it at the time or not, of your own accord (no outside influence forcing you)

>it can be developed the same way as muscles, not trying to do something obviously too hard but just hard enough that it will strain you and make your skill in discipline grow


I have extremely low discipline, I find it hard to get out of bed to an alarm when I don't have work,
I find it hard to pretty much do anything that's not required of me by my boss or whatever

I recognize that I lack discipline and want to up my ability but I don't know how to start, simple things like getting up to an alarm, having a cold shower (not about the 'benefits' just the act of walking into a cold shower requiring discipline), and even having the energy to clean the house.


What can I do to develop discipline from a position of having no discipline currently?

My squats fucking sucks. Deadlift I'm near the 200 kg, bench press near the 120 kg, but I can only squat 115 kg for 3 reps and my legs look like somebody who never lifts. I feel that my legs don't go higher in lifts.
