Decided to go on my first cut after bulking from 135 to about 170 for two years or so (took me a bit to figure out how to eat enough and figure out diet, ate too little then too much). So far ive been doing 6 days a week PPL. I was thinking about going to 3 days a week (MWF) and using the time i would be lifting to do cardio and abs. Would this cause me to lose more muscle or would this enhance my cut.

I lasted 8 weeks but had to stop cuz i ended up rrducing my eating day calories to under 2000 while my fasting day calories were under 50.

After a week of under 2000 calories on eating days and under 50 calories on fasting days i ended up getting a really bad headache that only went away half an hour after eating a few hundred calories.

Well I wasn't doing it lean or clean, didn't see the point of that as my goal was primarily to leave the realm of coatstands. Planning on continuing untill I hit 220. My main focus right now is to get nice and fucking strong, a bit of added fat be damned.

My left leg is plagued with them. Hurts to squat now. Went to a physio told me the knee is good no damage there. Just the muscles are tight as shit

Did foam rolling with a rumble roller and a lacrosse ball for half an hour. Wanted to stretch it was too tight today brehs

Been out of the gym for like 2 weeks and probably not going to be back next week either

I have lunch with a Latina co-worker on Monday

Last week I worked out my chest, first time in a long time I've done a weight lift to chest. Anyway the soreness stopped but now I have a tightness in my chest muscles. It's not painful but it feels like a sting feeling? How long does it take to go away? I couldn't even work out my back today because when I tried doing any pull motions I felt the sting in my chest. Anything I can do to speed up the process? Also how do I prevent this from happening in the future?
