I'm 22 going on 23, I've been in the gym for 6+ months now. I've been redpilled last year during the elections. There's one thing I struggle the most while i see most guys do and its getting laid. ICF is literally just stronglifts 5x5 with accesories, which is how the majority of people ran stronglifts anyway.
It's probably the best beginner program you can do, unless you want to do cleans, then starting strength is for you.
