I find glod digging behaviour extremely disgusting, much more than any super obese women posted here, every once in a while. And I find these pretty gross.

I would never be with a woman who does not want to be with me for some other afinitynother petty financial interest.

Does anyone know anything about this diet plan? My girlfriend recently signed up for it; she's paying roughly $600 USD for some consultation, a cook book/meal plan suggestion and some vitamin shots in her ass. She claims the clinic is telling her that there's no need to exercise while on their diet, just portion her meals. That automatically sets up some red flags.

She's not very overweight at all, really, so she's just trying to "cut a bit of chub", but $600 sounds real steep for some vitamins and a book.

To be fair, I know nothing about diet programs, or what consultation usually costs. But I just wanted to get some other opinions on this. I'd hate for it to just be a bust for her.

I last lifted weights in 2011 and my top bench was 265x3. My legs got too big for pants so I stopped squatting. I did a shitload of incline bench and weighted pullups. My deadlift form was ass. I weighed 240 lbs at 5'10

How long for me to build up this strength again? Muscle memory and all that. I'm dyel now, 180.

Lifting for 7 months, very happy with the muscle I've put on. 6'2" 200-205 llbs.. I'm getting close but still not quite there. I'll be able to tell when I am but I'm starting to notice the belly fat accumulating.
