I have been taking precautions since I was 20. I'm 26 now and still getting complimented for amazing hair by barbers and stylists (Its almost like how ever girls tells me I have a great dick, but that's neither here nor there) and it's all because I started early.

I should be balled by now or at least losing hair. Both grandpa's were bald, their dad's were bald. But me? Do me a favor. I've been using DHT inhibitor shampoo for years and it's fuckin working amazing. I still have little baby hairs along my hairline and they turn into longer thicker strands after a few months.

I also take a supplement that has a ton of healthy hair ingredients.


So the point of this thread? If you're a young cat with baldness in your family start taking precautions. Don't take any pharmaceuticals though.

/fit/ Im new to the bodybuilding thing, im 180cm and i need help. I started doing push ups one night a couple months ago and found out my pecs are REALLY uneven from doing them. My collar bones are also uneven, they're not sticking out or anything but just one is lower than the other. What do you think could've caused this? And since my collarbones are uneven will i be able to incline bench without snapping my shit up? Thanks

IDK, just try different shit until you find a tricep exercise that works well for you. You always will extend the elbow if you work the triceps, you can't get around that no matter what.
