Been a few tough months for me lately where I get disappointed in myself regarding my body.
Even though I am bigger than any of my friends and most people at the gym, I still see myself as small and ugly.
I went from borderline fat to fit and with a sixpack that I always wanted, I really felt good with my body until a few months ago.

Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like BDD is only talked about in the women industry and I have never heard anything about men dealing with the same stuff.
How can I get rid of these images of myself?

Mind you, I like my body most of the time but lately I've been feeling bad about it even though I still progress in strength and looks.
I get comments from my friends/family/gym-bros that I look good and all that but when I get home and look myself in the mirror or when trying to take pictures, I see nothing but a DYEL.

I've stopped going to the gym since then. I've put on fat and lost most of the muscle I gained. Even things like moving furniture around instantly gets my elbows. I also had to stop playing tennis. What do bros? Lifting saved me from depression and now I'm falling back into it.

I googled 'apple before workout' and couldn't get anything intelligible. Wtf? Is it good or not?

Hey /fit/ I recently bought a tub of creatine Powder and it says the dose is 1scoop -5g. I've done some research and different websites say different doses to take daily. I'm 90 kg and work out twice a day an hour each time lifting weights. How much creatine should I take?

Not really but I'm not there to socialize in general. Not hating on the people who do but I usually have my headphones in and just focus on getting in and out. I lift early in the mornings so that could also play a part. I don't think it's always rude since I've had some women try to start a conversation or two but it's not my thing.

Anyone here workout occasionally? Say hitting each muscle group just once a week and eating "normally"? As in, not really any less or more than they were previously?

This is my body now and I'm totally happy with it, just curious to see if I pick up my weights occasionally if there will be any effect at all. Really more for science. I'm not actively trying to look any different, just bored.

Because if it's a go big or go home scenario I'll prob just settle for the workout I get every day at work watering hundreds of plants
