Pretty legit actually. Much science behind it, the best.
I've read anecdotes that no one needs it except elite athletes, and even they might not notice it.
However, lots more positive anecdotes. Fantastic for cutting and maintaining big strength.
I personally use creative monohydrate (creapure). I just spoon it in my mouth and swig water. I 100% notice a difference in strength within 1-2 weeks of consistent t use, and a slight drop when I abstain. We're talking 5-10 more lbs here btw NOT hulkmode.

Okay, so I work in HVAC in the south so I don't have any time to work out at the moment but I will in the Fall. So I am eating at below calories to cut. So I am a 6'2 27 year old male at 205lb. When should I start bulking and when does the flabs leave?
