I'm lifting for like 3/4 year now.
Last weak i hit the 200kg/440lbs deadlift using alternate grip. I feel like alternate grip fucks up my shoulder pretty badly, so i'm thinking of using straps.
what style/material/etc. do you recommend?

lasso maybe. If you release your grip too much it gets extremely painful, so it might be preventing you a bit from relying too much on it
What's with this fucking trend of drinking gallons of water in a day? Back in the days, people would drink when they felt thirsty and no one was making a huge deal out of it. The only certain effect of forcing yourself to swallow a whole gallon of water is pissing yourself to death and that's it.

I don't know about gains, since I started working out after I quit. One thing I can tell you, though, is that literally everything in your life will be better after you quit. Everything. Just do it cold turkey so you don't procrastinate and keep smoking like 1-2 cigs per day after almost making it.

Cravings for cigs will be normal for quite a bit, not around the clock but here and there.
You'll taste much more and it won't be all positive. You'll be able to breathe much better but it's a long recovery. Circulation will be vastly improved after a couple of months.
So I'm trying to lose weight, I'm doing about 30 mins of cardio each day, I am counting my calories, trying to stay under 2000.
I have a question though, can I chug fuckloads of caffeine drinks while staying under 2000 calories to boost my weight loss?

I started a cut recently and I've got down to 10% body-fat, but then it hit me...why am I even cutting? I don't think there's any point for me to cut, it's not like I am actually going to have any benefit of being shredded since I have no life and don't ever talk to anyone besides my psychologist or doctor.
Am I wrong to think it's pointless for me to cut down to this level of bodyfat? or cut at all....or ever track any of my calories? seems pointless after all it doesn't lead to anywhere since I can't use the aesthetics for anything.
