>tfw too weak to start lifting
How do I break this cycle? I'm weak because I can't lift and I can't lift because I'm weak
unless you're a 13yo anorexic girl you're not too weak to start lifting
I see literal 13 year olds working out now OP, you can lift.
start with the bar, try your best, once you're comfortable, start putting weights on it.
So as a thin/muscular skelly, I'm getting into a more serious form of lifting, I was curious about potential dick gains.
I have a decent length, able to hit gf's cervix and cause her uncomfort (lol) but my dick isn't as girthy as I'd like it to be.
Does bulking up and eating a high protein diet, combined with the testosterone boost of lifting heavy weights in large muscle groups (such as the legs and back) have any effect on your dick growth? I am 20 years old by the way.
If anyone has personal experience with this, I'd love to hear your stories.
>inb4 /fat/fags come in and tell us all (again) how cutting down your fat will show more of your dick
I want to hear stories of the opposite, does gaining muscle mass and bulking up have positive effect on the most important muscle of all?
>>42082032
No not at all, not one bit. End of thread.
>>42082112
lol I don't even want to ask what triggered you.
There is no way to grow your penis. It's physically impossible due to the nature of the organ. Just like how you can't grow your kidney, lungs, intestines, or hands.
So /fit/ how do I get vascular arms? I hear cutting down in sodium is the way. I'm 6'3", 185. What should my daily sodium intake be? Should I also cut down on water, too?
you should work on your cardio. you need a strong heart to pump that blood
>>42081999
Wtf no, I'm vascular as fuck but I drink water and eat normal salt.
You're probably too fat.
>>42081999
working out high rep exercises will build veins if you want to appear more vascular for a day coming up u need to increase your blood pressure
how do i achieve this mode?
>>42081997
juice from high school
>>42081997
Have top tier genetics and roid starting at 14.

Would having only one ball affect my test levels?
At least no one would call you /fraud/ for hopping on test
Maybe your other ball would compensate for the lost one
>>42081717
Nope. Hitler had one ball and was Alpha as fuark Chad level
your test will drop significantly. I'm sorry, anon...
RIP your nut
I went out to eat last night and drink but they ruined my macros i need it out of my body pls help.
Its too late to throw that up now. It'd be a better use of time if you just started working on self control.
>>42081546
muh macros
fuck off
>>42081546
It's too late now but if you ever want to throw up, see how far you can stick your fingers down your throat
How??
>>42081404
That cuck has nothing on Chad Parker
>>42081404
A year of good diet and exercise?
>>42081404
Do pushups and crunches and don't eat.
Meat eaters not allowed
For the sake of the summer children, let's have an honest discussion about deadlifts
>belt
Yeah still a deadlift
>over/under
Still a deadlift
>chalk
Yep
>sumo
Yeah still a deadlift
>straps
For gym lifts, yes it's a deadlift
Any other opinion is guaranteed coming from a DYEL weakling
Dissent must be accompanied by proof of respectable deadlift
I previously used a hex bar but my new gym doesn't have one. I can only do sumos and the bar still scrapes my knees. Is there anything I'm losing out on by not being able to do regular deadlifts?
>>42081305
What if I don't slam the weight down and use the bounce to make my next rep happen (slam lifts), is that a deadlift?
>>42081929
it's called a DEAD lift for a reason.
Dead weight being lifting, if you use a bounce it's not a deadlift. it's some other kind.
"Sugar causes obesity, look at this science" - Fed Up
"Animal products cause obesity, look at this science" - What the Health
Which is right?
I'll take "both" for 500$
>>42081283
What the Health basically said it's nigh impossible to overeat sugar so long as your arteries are healthy from avoiding animal products.
Not saying you're wrong but the contradictions are agonizing.
>>42081272
they both can cause obesity in excess
these documentaries love making huge blanket statements such as "meat is bad for you" because it's controversial and gets idiots making threads about it on siamese fart sniffing forums
No memeing, is this legit? Has anyone here tried it and can elaborate?
It made me break the conditioning
>>42081133
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>>42081133
What do you mean by conditioning? Not a native english speaker
which is the best row?
yates? conventional? tbar? one arm db?
>>42081109
pendlay row
>>42081109
One arm DB

this
Light weight high reps >>>> Heavy weight low reps.
Prove me wrong, you can't.
>easy on the joints
>easy on the cartilage
>easy on the bursa
>naturally healing
>less likely to get injured
>builds endurance
>builds muscles
>builds strength
>better suited to the superior dumbbell.
>won't get hernias
>won't pass out from holding your breath
>never have to use a ton of captain autismo equipment like squat shoes, belts, straps and wraps
>never miss time lifting due to injury
The only argument is you can't build strength as efficiently. Big woop. Throw in a strength session once a month and the difference becomes utterly negligible.
>b-b-but it takes too long
Yeah maybe if you only do 3 lifts per session. But if you're not doing accessories with your heavy compounds you're not getting a complete workout and if you do then the time argument goes out the window.
There's almost no reason to lift heavy regularly. That thing you're feeling that makes you think you're getting better yet every week you're still unsatisfied with your body? It's called adrenaline. Heavy lifting pumps it out. It tricks you into thinking you're doing something special when you're not. It's a trick.
All of the health benefits of building muscle to project joints and strengthening bones, tendons and ligaments apply to light weight training just as well.
>>42081085
Post your body with timestamps so we can see what your advice gets you.
>>42081085
>Throw in a strength session once a month
Lol, okay.
>i squat lmao2.5pl8 for a triple
>no problem
then
>i do 30 bodyweight squats
>on the verge of death
You've got to hand it to bodyweight/high rep training, it shows you how strong (or weak) you really are.
Help /fit/ I'm losing my OHP numbers.
My OHP simply will not fucking go up. In fact it's been going down for weeks now.
All of my other compound lifts have been going up gradually. But my OHP has gone down from 60kgx5 (strict)
to not being able to PUSH PRESS 50kgx3
So essentially, in the last month, I've lost 10kg of OHP strength and that's with a little bit of form cheating!
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON. I think all my regime, sleep and diet is good, my other lifts are getting better, and I look way better than I did 6 months ago.
Help me I'm fucking wasting away for some reason
eat more
Take a break from your bench or stop benching more than you can handle. It's affecting it
Delts without traps, possible?
Pls help, I try to work a delt, but it's a trap!
>>42081063
Oh I should probably bump, not sage this.
I'd imagine it's possible using iso machines but it seems harder to do with free weights.
