Im taking a nutrition class and I just learned you should only consume about .8g-1g protein per Kg (2.2lb) of weight.
Excess protein is not converted to muscle, instead it is stored as glucose and fat and used for energy. Excess protein puts a strain on your kidneys.
I was memed by fit. Supplements dont make a big difference just eat a balanced diet and exercise.

hows this for a work out fit im kinda new but kinda ready to get serious. this is one of the few work out routines I've come up with. how does this sound to the more experienced people here...

100 ohp
100 push ups
100 squats
200 curls each arm

i would start with 30 pound dumb bells then gradually increase the weight. i asked a buddy about this and he said something like its cool but i should decrease the curls and throw some core workouts on there. questions comments concerns constructive criticism?

Is it true that roid fueled muscle is "less reliable" than natty muscle? As in, you can lose all your gains overnight if you stop roiding while natty muscle can stay with you for years even if you stop training?

Wanted to post pics but fuck that, I'm disappoint.

I'm 171lbs 6'0, probably 17-18% bf,
lost 13lbs since started cutting to 1500cal (pretty sedentary if you don't countlifting).

How much should I cut before I can start a clean bulk? 12%?
And how should I go on about clean bulking?

Something like

>gain about 8lbs (hopefully 50% muscle)
>maintenance for a week
>cut 500cal for a month
>start bulking again

Would that work?

yeah, this guy if i'm not mistaken is that nord gains iron pill something like this youtuber's brother, yet he got so much sun he's quite tanned. I have portuguese and german ancestry but 20 minutes with direct sun on me and I guarantee you I get red.. fast, 40+ very light sun burn, more thant one hour.. sun block and clothes always on because I got tired of getting dammed sunburns throught the years I learned my limits.

Good thing, in theory, i don't need as much sun as some people I guess.
