Anyone here ever used a depilatory cream to remove body hair? I'm turk tier hairy but I've got a new lady friend that prefers a smoother genital area/ass. Bought some powdered stuff and it worked like a fucking charm but I think I left it on for a bit too long because now I've got the worst fucking inner thigh rash I've ever had.

Just wondering if anyone's been in the same boat before and if so, can recommend any palliative methods or at least tell me how long it'll be before I can walk without bowing my legs like a fucking cowboy.

Help me out /fit/, judge my protein bars and tell me if I'm making a mistake. I had pic related today when I ran out of (see below). It was delicious, but will I lose gains if I continue to eat it?

These are better. I bought a couple dozen for $0.58 each a few weeks ago, and a couple dozen of the large ones with 30 grams of protein for $1.00 each also. I keep them in my bag in the hospital so I don't lose my gains while working in the NICU.

Human muscles are capable of extending up to 3 times more forcefully than they ever actually do. The only reason they stay at the 1/3 limit is due to safeguards in the brain. If a muscle were to fully activate, it would break our bones and rip off tendons. These limits built into the brain cannot be overcome.

...UNLESS the person has adrenaline in their system. Adrenaline tells the brain it needs to operate at full potential. The brain will then allow the muscles to achieve amazing feats of strength, while risking possible self-injury. But when you're about to be attacked by a bear, being able to kill it means that a broken arm is worth it.

Additionally, the drug PCP is also able to remove these restrictions. That means that many users end up injuring themselves, and yes, even breaking their own bones.

I do sumo on my second deadlift day, I've been pulling conventional for 5 years and sumo for a few months

Hello guys, I think I met one of you last week. Will share the tale through greentext.
