Drop like 100 lbs and squat with your knees pressed out, do this until you find the top weight you can do 5 of

If your knees go in even a little don't count it

If you do it right your inner thighs will be sore af because this is the first time your hip adductors worked

I'm fucking quitting bodybuilding and I'm distancing myself from "lifting culture" forever.

It's fucking cancerous and filled with nerds and social outcasts. Congrats you faggots, you just made strength training that much more inaccessible to normies.

Powerlifters are fucking weird and pee themselves when they deadlift. They smell like shit. They put harambe and Arnold memes in their hardcore gyms. They walk around like fat people because of their swollen lats and quads and can't walk in a straight line.

I'm going to go to a globo gym and do lat pull downs and run on a treadmill. At least I won't be surrounded by autistic fuckwads who played magic the gathering in high school.

I am on my 3rd month back to the gym after completely fuck up with my left forearm.
My gains are coming on rather quickly though. So I went to check a strength standard chart on http://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards.

The chart says I'm already a novice of 6+ months of training based on strength. So my question is:
are the standards chart on this site correct based on your own situation.. and if not am I just a lucky guy(with possible muscle memory).

From what Ive read yes it's a thing.
Essentially muscle fibers are actually long cells with multiple nuclei and when they grow they just add additional nuclei. when you stop working out the fiber shrinks but you retain the nuclei and when you start again you already have extras for your current size

interestingly enough this is why a small run of test is so effective because it stimulates the extra growth in the cells. You guys are free to correct and thing I got wrong, me being a retarded layman and all.
