For the busy individual who wants to get swole.
Post and discuss progress, share and ask for advice on programming 3 squat sessions along with deadlifts and cardio each week, or for cramming 3 meaningful OHP and bench press volume in just three sessions.
Discuss anything related to TM, HLM, 531 btm, 531 FBFB, Sheiko or any other 3 day routines you know or want to learn more about.

I guess there could be a similar general for UL and PPL?

Quit smoking about 6 months ago, went on a run for the hell of it the other day and felt good as hell how much better I felt than when I tried back when I was smoking a pack a day and couldn't run for more than a block or two, I want to start making it a daily habit. Should I basically just start running as long as I can every day?

Cunt's been lifting for 4 years and looks better than 100% of the people at my gym that have been lifting for 10+ years.

Whether or not he's being honest, who the fuck knows. He also claims that he doesn't consume any protein powder and just eats lots of pasta, chicken and greens veggies.

The guy looks like a fucking bodybuilder, like legit, actual bodybuilder, not some average lifter. He sticks out like a sore thumb in the gym because of how separated/dense/hard his muscles look compared to everyone else, going to have to assume he's on steroids.
