I researched a bit about diet sodas and artificial sweeteners kicking you out of ketosis, but there aren't many sources. Have you experienced something like this? I mean, technically with no carbs to use, would it be easy to go back to ketosis?

24yo, had mildish gyno/pseudogyno since puberty

but today while masturbating and looking at my chest, nipples seemed kind of different, almost like gyno was noticeably smaller

Now I know my nipples, they get less prominent when it's cold outside and more puffy when it's warm and today it was not cold.
Even when I flexed (they usually bulge out a bit) they didn't seem bigger. And they also seemed smaller from profile.

Ranting thread, because I'm autistic.

So here's my gym:

>no olympic barbells
>no parallel bars for dips
>no belts, no straps, no bands
>no decline benches
>five treadmills, FIVE, and not a single other cardio machine
>rusted equipment, including the shit 10kg bars
>no safeties for anything (bench press, rack...)
>there's only one squat rack, and it bends when I leave the loaded barbell on
>absolutely braindead trainer can't teach proper form (not the worst of problems but seeing newcomers break their knees when squatting is triggering)
>30€ a month on offer, 45€ normally
>no one sees a fucking problem with it, it's considered the best in the area

I'm probably leaving things but you get the point. The other "decent" option is a 24h gym one hour away from here, but even that one doesn't have olympic barbells or regular shit.

As you have guessed, I'm from EU. The thing is, I'm not in a shithole, far from it. In fact, it's a highly touristic area and tons of buff dudes come to my gym, lots of bouncers, dancers, etc...

To you EU people, how are your gyms? How's the quality and price? I refuse to believe this is the norm, even when everyone tells me "dude stop complaining is the effort that matters not the fancy equipment". Fucking morons, some day I'm going to snap my shit on that rack, I can't even do proper dips for fuck's sake.

It doesn't affect our lives at all in the US, and channers hatred of HAES and fat acceptance is just a bunch of people who feel ideologically out of step with the mainstream confirming their superiority complexes by pointing out some supposedly liberal "SJW" types being stupid. Which is not hard to find, especially in teenage hotbeds of idiocy like tumblr and socialist twitter.

That being said. If the US follows suit eventually with the rest of the developed world and establishes a more fiscally effective and compassionate single payer or universal coverage healthcare system (which would save us money and increase quality of care if we did it right) then people who are accepting of their chronic conditions and don't do anything to change it could be seen as immoral.

I mean already they tend to cost the healthcare system a shit ton of money by not managing their 'betes and requiring surgeries without often having any sort d way to pay for them. So that drives up healthy people's premiums. But in a socialized system their cost on society is more quantifiable and hate on HAES activists would be way more common and less fringe and edgy.

Sup fags. I posted on here a couple months ago about having to lose muscle fast for a film role. I did all ya'll told me to and it worked.
