/fit/ how often do you shit?
Ever since I switched to having fish and salad for breakfast I shit every three days. Sometimes I go up to four.
On a -500 cal/day cut. Decent balanced diet I'd say, good amount of fiber. 2-3 times a week tops. It really slows down for me on a cut.
If I'm lucky once a week, my fiber intake is 10/10 too. shrug
1-2 times a day.

Why do people talk about military personnel like they're the /fit/test, toughest people on Earth?
Most people here probably know this, but their conditioning is not amazing or anything. Vets go to the gym where I lift and practice boxing all the time, and they're never even remotely impressive, but for some reason civilians think they're superhuman.
