Old one's dead; maybe someone here is in the same situation as me:

I get through the day still needing about 1100 calories and I'm having a really hard time figuring out how to get them in. Anybody have experience with these diet restrictions?

Started going to the gym again after a year long hiatus last month. Decided to switch from my brosplit to PHAT and have been making some decent gains. Going on a cut (1400 kcal a day, TDEE is calculated to 2500 but i dont trust that shit so prob more like 2100). Eating 2x BW in brotein every day. I've gotten a lot thinner and bigger, but i feel like the gains are coming to a stop. Pulled a 90 kg x 5 squat for 2 sets last week and i the last ones were really heavy, same thing with DL's.
Bench is increasing every week , as are pretty much all other exercises especially dips and pullups, i've always been shit (like REALLY shit , i had a 160 kg DL and a 80 kg bench) so im pretty happy with that.

Do you reckon im starting to stall because im shit at lifting or is the cut starting to take it's toll? Current plan is to cut until like 15% BF and then lean bulk. 1,76m 76kg manlet btw.

My 5 3 friend who's a girl with a defined face and a skinny body with kind of big boobs stepped on the weigh scale. The numbers pop up and she's like 120 pounds, wtf? Keep in mind, she only does cardio and squats with some exercise ball.

Compare that to my good looking manlet friend I have who is 5 2 , has a shredded ottermode body with big lats and huge shoulder width. He does pullups and swims. His weight is only 116 pounds lol..

can someone explain to me? or is the weigh scale broken

Theres a shitload of different steroids and different dosage protocols.
Some are minimal risk, some will fuck your shit up in the name of gains.

Something simple like 200mg test per week is pretty harmless if your lifestyle is otherwise healthy.

Yes, but not as dangerous as normies think. Make sure you get your blood tested (privatemdlabs) before during and after using. Watch blood pressure and cholesterol. You'll turn into a little bitch for a few weeks after cycling off. They also slightly decrease IQ, and can cause gyno, hair loss, etc.

Hello /fit/ yesterday was my first day I started to lift weights. I did OHP, Bench, Skullcrusher, Crossover fly, and triceps kickback with dumbells. Today my left elbow is hurting and when I bend my left elbow it hurts more. Did I tear a ligament or is this normal?

Hello /fit/

I have come to you seeking some specific advice about my personal fitness.

I've read your sticky, and most of the links 404 which is amusing, but this post is pretty specific about me.

I think I want to lose about 5-10kg in weight (I'm not fat, or chubby, but give it 1-2 years and I will be). I've lost some of my hourglass shape and become a bit.. squishier.. over the past 2 years.

My ass has always been big, but now it just feels fat. I've been told squats are the answer to toning it up and getting "dat booty".

My tummy doesn't have to be flat as a pancake but I don't want to be able to grab it so much. I've also got a bit of a muffin top forming (pic related, not me).

So with that all in mind, here's the facts:

1. I need to stop snacking, and eating late at night when I game, i.e. only eat when I actually feel hungry
2. I need to exercise a bit more, I plan on swimming 2-3 times a week (is that an ok exercise?)
3. I need to have smaller portion sizes
4. I don't eat much dessert / chocolate / sweets so I'm ok there

Do you have any additional advice for me? Mostly things I DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT EAT!

I know this weight loss type of stuff takes time, just wondering if there's anything extra I personally could be doing to speed up the process or improve it.

Disclaimer: sorry if I piss any hardcore /fit/ people off with my request, just looking for some advice is all.

No sugar for your body to go in to ketosis (fat burn mode) preferably only vegetables and rice as your carb intake, no pasta or potatoes.

Sweat everyday.

I'll post my pics here and in an imgur album every few days.

I just want to see what happens and I figure some other people might want to know as well. The only thing I'll drink is water. The only thing I'll "eat" are vitamins. I probably only run a couple of miles a day to get the blood flowing.
