Hey fit I've been counting calories for about 1 month. I dropped around 15 pounds. Pick related is me on June 27th I'll post a picture of me today to see if you guys notice any improvements. I've been researching intermittent fasting and decided to start today. I haven't eaten breakfast and plan to eat around 12. What should I expect fit? Is IF just a meme?
