Alright guys, I can't take the shame of being fat. I want to go outside and be me.

I don't have a lot of money to do any surgery. What's a diet and workout plan that's cheap and relatively easy to do? Just straight give up the sugary sweets and just run?

What is a /fit/ approved martial arts?
I want to try out something that is accessible and that I can get into. Also for cardio, because other things like the bike or swimming are mindnumbingly boring.
I know a lot of people criticise TKD but it seems to fit the criteria. Although I tried a place out once and everyone else were kids half my age.
Also something that is accepting of non-normies so no BJJ or kickboxing

Taekwondo is great fun if you just want to dance and flip around, I do it, but its not that helpful for fighting.

Karate is more hand strike based and much less fun, more autistic for sure.

Recently started controlling portions and eating fiber

Now when i shit its a single solid log and when i wipe all i get is a smidgen of blood

No brown, just a little red

Like when you pop a zit and it bleeds for 30 seconds and then stops, about that much blood

Is this good or bad?

First reaction was maybe its like when you brush your teeth after not doing it for a while and your gums bleed, but now im not sure

Hi /fit/,

Do you guys know any exercises that strengthen the tendons/ligaments in knees or hips?

Try foam rolling using a rumble roller pvc pipe or lacrosse ball. I had serious knee pain turned out just an extremely tight vmo almost passed out rolling out the knot

Also look into doing a stretching routine

I'd recommend joining an Olympic or power lifting gym with good coaches to learn lifts and to watch your form

If you can afford it go to a physio

You do all these things you'll be pain free and flexible if not youll be like every gym eat bro with knee back and shoulder pain

I'm a retarded 6'1 teenager and I'm fairly skinny but not skeleton-tier,
I don't have access to the gym, and I can only do these work outs from home..

Add repeat x2 to all the days that you don't already have it. Generally around 200~ reps of a body weight exercise is what you want to do to see results. For the static hold exercises you want to aim for 3-5 minutes of each. I know It seems like a lot but the nice thing about bodyweight exercises is that you can kinda just drop down and do them whenever you have a minute.

I use mine a lot and it seems to help my legs a lot doesn't seem to help out much else a whole bunch but I'd reccomend for quad recovery and sorting your upper back out

How do I prevent this from happening /fit/?

I put on band-aid and socks and it almost does the job. Does tying shoe laces differently for wide feet work? or should I just change shoes?

Take a pic of your foot as a whole. I can't remember what it's called but if you have that bump on the inside of your big toe joints, it can flatten the front part of shoe and cause the top to rub against toes.

Or try a nice thin synthetic fibre sock, like cheap Walmart dress socks.

Is there a more meme lift than barbell OHP? Such a useless lift, unhealthy for the shoulders. Peddled by fat manlets who wanna be strong men and "powerlifters." I make sure to convince everyone I know to stop doing them. Are there any other lifts you convince people to stop doing?
