Is fasting the fucking future of weightloss?? There seem to be so so much advantages.

seriously how the fuck are we not all doing this yet? Sure the evidence is new, and there arent really any meta's/reviews yet, but all of the evidence is mechanically backed up and researches keep pumping out like crazy.

I tried Intermittent Fasting for a while and I have to say it really worked for me. I appreciated food much more, had less chances of gorging on junk because I needed to relish my meals, I drank more water and when I was not eating like a bull for a bulk, I lost 3 lbs in two weeks just by restricting eating times. Heard it has adverse effects on women, though, that it screws with their menstrual cycle and stuff. is that true?

Hmm, interesting, i cant imagine why it would be like that. From and evolutionary POV it would make sense that women are also perfectly capable of having periods of no food. My gf does IF quite often, buts shes got a coil so her cycle doesnt make sense anyway, cant tell wether the IF has influence on it.

As far as i read now, missed periods isnt caused by the period of non eating, but rather by the fact that they dont eat enough. When you eat only 1 or 2 meals a day the chances of deficiencies obviously become much larger.

Been going to the gym since 15, got up to a 200 lbs bench, although with similar squat and deadlift (wasnt very balanced). Stopped when I was 17, and a year later Im trying to get back into.

Any tips on how to do it, and how to deal with barely being able to do over 130 lbs on any of my lifts?

I'm not sleeping late. I was an insomniac and once I started lifting been sleeping at 10PM sharp. I always wake up at 3AM when I used to get 12+ hours of sleep.
