I talked with my mother on the phone last night and I was astonished at how well it went. She has seen how much mental anguish I've been in but usually any attempt of her trying to understand or help was frustrating for both of us. She's not too bright but she at last gets where I'm at in deciding that I may face a life that is not worth living. And at last, rather than try to say that somehow some professional could help me get over this she will try to get my raison d'etre back. If it doesn't work she understands my reasoning to an hero.

Gonna go and hop on the radial saw and finish my custom computer case/sculpture and play on my rings and with some KBs. Tonight mistress is coming over to hang/bang. (She is married, I am not).

The bar needs to move in a straight line, and your weight needs to be over your heels. I have found low-bar squats to work the best for me at higher weights.

Calfs are resistant and hard to "shape" they take abuse and load since you can walk. I think people dont really take pics cause the change happens over a very long time and its usually subtler than say your chest or abs

Anyone have any healthy pre-gym energy meals? Today was my 2nd trip to the gym and I have almost no carbs in my pantry so I had to resort to eating frozen bread and bell peppers.

Why do women go to the gym and try to gain muscles like men?
I mean, we do so because women like men who have huge muscles and we're just trying to attract mates, but I haven't met a single straight man who likes a woman with muscles.

mid-distance and sprinters look pretty fit, you have to actively train strength and power or else you're too slow

Because if they dont round it out they end up skinny fat, if you run and dont do weights you'll look like shit. Weirdly if you run and do swimming you can achieve otter mode pretty fast
