Coming off Starting Strength, looking mostly for size. How does this look?

It’s basically 5/3/1 Triumvirate but with sets across instead of 5/3/1 because I’m still weak enough to make weekly progress.

Press 3x5 (followed up with 3 backoff AMRAP sets with ~30 seconds of rest)
Chin-up 5x10
Dip 5x10

Squat 3x5
Romanian deadlift 5x10
Power clean 5x3

Bench 3x5 (plus same backoff sets)
Cable row 5x10
Incline bench 5x10

Deadlift 1x5
Hyperextension 5x10
Rollout 5x10

For size it looks pretty fine. Hypertrophy is pretty simple to plan around so hit the area with moderate intensity and volume like you're doing.

Although I would recommend more frequency. Benching once a week is how you enter t rex mode. I'd say bench and OHP on both upper body days.

Hey /fit/ I've been doing the Texas Method for alittle bit and I've made some serious strength gains and size. I've added some accessories and shit bc I know if I follow Rippletitties program to the dot I'll be severely disproportionate.

Anyway I was wondering if there's anything I can add to the bench days so I can really pound my chest. I know Rippledicks programs basically ignore the chest with huge emphasis on lower body. And I naturally have a large lower body and my upper half is decent. I would abandon the program but I'm making gains across the board so I want to stay with it. Anyway what can I do to help develop my chest in this program.

I know that this is a fitness board, but I'd like to believe that this is a health board as well. I can't post this on /b/ because I'll get spammed with stuff that isn't helpful.

So I made out with this girl in my car about 19 days ago and recently I had a scare with a canker sore for the past few days, which I've had before, on the inside of my lip. I swished saltwater on it for the past few days and it's healing up and going away fine.

However, pic related is a small little red spot on my lower lip. I woke up with it today (day 19 since contact) and I'm freaking out because herpes is my absolute worst fear in the world.

Does anybody have experience with this? Am I freaking out over something normal? My bottom lip is a little dry, but I just took a shower recently and I'm probably making 2+2=10.

Has /fit/ had experience with mouth herpes?

Not really. I drink about 12 fluid ounces of pop every other week. I stay away from energy drinks unless I really need caffeine but my work does not have coffee so I make do, monster hydros seem okay. I eat the 300 calorie better maid chips when im at work. I only work two or three days a week tho.
