Is there any way to decrease your waist to hip ratio? I'm going to be cosplaying pic related and his measurements are:

I am:

That puts his hip ratio at about .8 and mine at .847. Is there any way I can squat or do something to get that ratio lower? Thanks.

Mixed grip has only one role, setting PRs or competing. I'm not sure why Rippletits recommends it for beginners that should be working on their grip.

People should always be using regular grip. I agree with using mixed grip to finish a set, but one should be trying to finish their whole workout with regular grip for as many reps as possible.

I think so. You will still put on muscle as long as you are eating enough protien.

However working out while on a cycle will dramatically increase your gains. The #1 benefit to roiding is that it increases recovery and strength. So you can work out twice a day, 3 hours each, 7 days a week. Lift heavy, shit tons of volume, and still be ready to go for the next day.

If you are natural it will take longer to recover from workouts.


If you are gonna cycle, you might as well lift hard, since you are exposing yourself to all those sides, and you are fucking up your hormones. Might as well maximize the gains. If your lifting and diet are 100%, you can build crazy amounts of muscle. Like eat 300+ grams of protien every day, 4000 calories a day, lift heavy. Put on 30 lb of muscle in 2 months.

/fit/, Im live in Venezuela. I was born in here, lived in here my whole life, and dont have any plans to live in any other country.

But well, shit is complicated. This fucking situation is so damm bad. Nobody cant afford nothing. Riots EVERY SINGLE DAY. A shit ton of dead peaple, most of them college students. Even more peaple, again mostly students, are in prision.

Everything has gone to shit. Furthermore, the next days shit is gonna get real ugly, so peaple are buying as much as they can now, cause nobody knows when they´ll be able to buy stuff again.

Obvs, this complicates my goal of being /fit/. Dont have suplements, money for a gym or equipment, and can barely afford food. Energy
and time aint a problem tho. I workout at home with a calisthenics routine I made for myself.

And yet, throught all of this, there is still a hope...........
