What kind of foods/fruits/drinks and exercises boost brain health?
When Zyzz had enough of being a sickcunt did he just train all day long? Or was he content with just 1-2 hours every day?
I have been dieting for the past couple of weeks and hitting the gym doing cardio and fat burning exercises. I haven't seen any changes. My diet is just anything but junk food. Can you guys help me get a good diet; and effective workout plan?

I ran varsity cross country and track in high school. My 5k PR was 17:30 and my mile PR was 4:47. I was a skinny little bitch. Everyone told me that I needed to eat more and put on some muscle. Nobody gave a fuck how fast I was, all they cared about was how buff and good looking the football players were.
Fast forward a few years I am an intermediate lifter. Now I see this shit. Stop lying to us, OP. People laugh at distance runners.

Why don't you test those muscles and go climb a mountain? I bet you can't get into base camp.
Lifting weights and having a big muscles means nothing when you can't even test it out on the real battlefield.

Mental health topic? I'll start
How do you get over and identify mental barriers? A lot of things I set myself to doing like working out, driving to improve my organization, or improving myself in a game I play on a competitive level feels really hard to do.
It's not so much the physical strain or monotony I think that holds me back, also the disappointment from where I stand in comparison to others is only a passing hindrance for me.
I think there are some mental pitfalls I can't overcome. Aside from my own inconsistency, I just find it really difficult to meaningful absorb what I learn about each of these area and using it to improve myself in these ways.
Any suggestions?

as for the (kinda) sleeping, it's like fever sleep, I drift in and out of consciousness and when I wake I don't feel rested
headache is at top of head and a bit in the forehead, I think it's bc my head is so hot
