Any increase to you HGH that's still within a natural range is not anabolic. Sure it might help burn some fat for an easier cut, but unless you're getting the good good that's for you to get you won't so much as gain a pound of muscle specifically from it.

Can we talk about Reps during Sets. I have two questions.

1. How many reps should I be doing if I want to get my arms bigger?

2. Also, how fast should I be lifting exactly?

I've read on several sites that the rep range should be 8-12 for hypertrophy.

Does speed greatly impact gains or is form the ultimate decider. I mean...I see people swinging their dumbbells, which I figure would lead to injury at some point, but they also have massive arms so I can't help but think that they must be doing something correctly.

Can go anything between 18-30 total reps, 3-5 times a week. Smart use of different weights/setsxreps and exercises is a good way to achieve big arms. Not so much for doing it slowly just focus engaging the muscle.

Everyone already knows the skinny people struggling dont eat enough like they say they do. However recently I bought some protein and started having a shake with it as well as oatmeal and a banana, everytime I drink it I wanna vomit and feel like shit and very bloated.

Is there any way to put on weight in a pleasant way other than eating until you feel like vomiting?

Need some hidden tips thanks

Btw, 176cm and hover between 58-60 kg just to give you and idea of how ridiculous it is
