I'm a guy and I have like this firm tight ass but it's sticking out too much and it makes me insecure. People around me mire but I feel they're laughing at it behind my back, am I just delusional or is it not an admirable thing on a mans body?

> squats so I can carry her around on my back
> bench so I can pin her against the wall/bed
> grip exercises so when we're fucking I can grab her so hard she has bruises on her hips
> curls so I can hold her in my arms
> hip thrusts
> neck work so I can strangle her but she can't strangle me
> bought her some onesie footie pajamas so she's warm and snuggly
> they have a buttoned flap on the bum in case princess needs an emergency fucking
> always carry duct tape and rope so I can tie her up
Been working out for 6 years, on my third test+deca cycle, and this is literally the only reason
>tfw autistically studied effects of fasted cardio on GH levels for hours on end
>tfw studied fat soluable vitamin application for hour after hour
>tfw timed, planned, and did it all out for four months
>tfw starting to look kind of deformed
Guys... Maybe I fucked up. Friends are starting to say I look "very off". Shoulders wont stop widening. Spine, skull, and jaw keep growing and jutting out more and more. Hands grew too, looking a little weirdly big now, 9.5" measurement. But I dont wanna stop.

if you work out a muscle (and it breaks down), but you don't eat enough or get enough protein, does it go back to it's pre workout mass or less? or more?
>>42093569
You are basically describing cutting. Best case, if you work out hard, you'll maintain your muscles. You'll likely lose some of it though.

My rotator cuff injury still hasn't fixed, it's been 3 months /fit/
My left shoulder got fucked from benching too heavy, and now it's been impinged since may.
Been doing therapy exercises and stretching
What do
>>42093533
fix your scapular retraction, when you start working your shoulder again, make it push ups and not barbell work for a few months.
>>42093533
3 months??? I heard a popping sound 2 weeks ago doing bench and haven't been able to do pushing exercises with pain since then. Hold me
Try having a torn labrum in both shoulders. Do your rehab and if that doesn't work, see a specialist

>The results of our study challenge the notion that a calorie is a calorie from a metabolic perspective.
okay you fat fucks since you cant read it basically says a low carb diet lowers ur bmr the least (which is GOOD), and higher carb makes ur bmr higher which makes losing weight harder (BAD).
> Higher cortisol levels may promote adiposity, insulin resistance, and cardiovascular disease, as observed in epidemiological studies.32- 34 In a 6-year prospective, population-based study of older adults in Italy,35 individuals in the highest vs lowest tertile of 24-hour cortisol excretion, with or without preexisting cardiovascular disease, had a 5-fold increased risk of cardiovascular mortality. C-reactive protein also tended to be higher with the very low-carbohydrate diet in our study, consistent with the findings of Rankin and Turpyn.36 Other studies also have found reductions in measures of chronic inflammation, including CRP with a low–glycemic index diet

So /fit/, now that its summer and Im a uni fag I have some more time for gym. I am currently oh Greyskulls hitting some solid novice level numbers. Should I keep hitting the gym 3 times a week or should I start going everyday to maximize gains? Is that advisable?
Also routine recommendations.

Assuming one has acquired the strength necessary for one arm chin ups, could other weighted pulling exercises be dropped in favour of it? The idea that all you need to improve or even maintain massive pulling strength is a few sets of one arm chins per week is very appealing to me. Plus it's a cool as shit party trick.
Sure, if you ever manage to get into a decent rep range on one arm chins. I guess then you realistically drop other pulls (maybe minus deadlift).
Personally I'd just keep doing normal weighted chins and leave the one arm variety for parties. As it stands I can only do one or two tho
How gets better? Im currently at 9 (my absolute max, normally thow up when I get to 9), aiming for 12.
>>42093413
Damn dude 9 is pretty damn good, I'm dying by six...
I guess just do more sprints, maybe get a sled or parachute?
Not a runner, but specificity is often a useful concept in training, so maybe just doing the test will help
>>42095179
Have been doing the test, around once or twice a day with a rest day once a week. Im pretty sure ive hit a wall.
What's wrong with eating burgers? Is processed meat really that bad?

the only downside is most places have a shitload of salt so your daily sodium intake explodes if you get fast food.
