Hello. I have a problem with weight. My BMI is about 22.6 and I really want to lose about 10 kg fast. How do I lose that much during the period of 3 months without alot of exercise?

I have been having this weird feeling in my body the lat few weeks.

I dont really drink that much more water, and i urinate as normal, so i dont neceserally think its diabetes.

But what could it be? Because i kinda feel like shit.

It might be. Hypoglycemia feels fucking awful but the "disoriented" feeling generally goes away within 30 minutes or so after eating something to bring it up, it shouldn't intensify it. Hyperglycemia isn't as obvious as the former, and is a "slightly off" feeling. And obviously, eating more would intensify it. So if sugar makes it worse, then it's probably not hypoglycemia.
The easiest way is to go to Walmart and buy a testing kit for like $15.

ultimately there is no difference. and you are using the term DYEL wrongly. all weaklings that don't even train, are dyel. so logically a fat fuck and a twink bitch are both on the same level, even if there are strength differences between them - because 1. they don't train, or 2. they don't know HOW to train effectively.

I don't often eat "added sugar", the sugar I eat comes from natural sources (such as found in fruits and milk), and even then I don't eat high amounts of it.

However, every once in a month I'll crave something really sweet.

So I've noticed that in that day I'll eat some stupid quantity of sugar, say, an entire bar of chocolate + a package of oreos for example (around 150g of sugar and 100g of fat).

So I was wondering, is there any difference between eating all of that in a single sitting as I often do, rather than spread out throughout, say one week? Is one more likely than the other to cause health problems, or is all that matters the amount of sugar and fat I'm eating?

It makes little difference, no matter what the sugar and carbs are going to be metabolized into glucose in your body and used as fuel. Not eating a large amount of carbs or sugar at one meal will help you avoid a crash, but if you are that concerned about sugar, just cut it out and eat low carb like I do.

why does /fit/ always seem to perpetuate the myth that you can't get too big if you're not on sterons? why is it so hard to accept that people have different standards and "I wanna achieve X without gaining mass on Y" is a perfectly valid question, even for women?

So, I'm recently really out of time. Pulling two jobs, and the only food I can order here for a take out is a pizza. But I want to return to weight loss.

As a fat bastard, my current daily cutting is ~2100 calories. That is exactly one bag of Joylent (3 meals of tiny bit over 700 calories)

How bad of an idea is living solely on those powder food stuffs? I'm not talking taste wise, I need to do this for only 2-3 months and I like the taste, so I can do it. I mean - any horror stories after living on shakes only?

I saw a documentary on motherboard , and as it seems, no , living on Soylent isn't terrible. Just swallow it and completent with your usual protein shakes. Also , buy a lot of gum, to keep your jaw muscles active.
The maker of Soylent himself still eats regular meals one day of the week, just to make his intenstinal system work, so do that too.

I've been living exclusively on Huel for the past 2 weeks.

I read reviews everywhere and journalists seemed to unanimously hate it, disliking the taste, the psychological aspects and the apparent flatulence.

I've had no problems whatsoever. The only issue I've had is that you can't just shake it into a drinkable form using a standard protein bottle - you have to use a blender. I also miscalculated my intake during the first week and ended up only eating 1300kcal per day leading to concentration issues.

After 1 week I had no cravings for food but I noticed that I felt strange because I wasn't cooking or sitting to eat and I constantly felt as though I had to do something but I couldn't quite figure out what it was. It felt like I'd left the fridge open or something. It was like I was subconsciously preparing to buy and cook food but I didn't need to.

Also I actually love the taste. I have 2 scoops plain mixed with 1 vanilla per meal.
