Any references? Seems like it would be harder to maintain this style of eating, as hunger goes away after 2 days, contunuing to eat small amounts would spike your hunger.

This isn't good guys.

I've been staying with my relatives in India while working out, and I'm in a very bad situation. Most of our meals are vegetarian, with a large amount of rice. I've tried reducing how much rice I consume, but I'm getting hungrier and hungrier.


What do I do /fit/?

5'6"; from 195lbs. to current weight of 154lbs. I FINALLY made it below 160. I was stuck around there for months. I lost most of the weight within 7 months and then things kind of came to a halt. Anyone else experience this? My goal weight is 130 or less. Keep fighting anons!

Went to snab city for the first time in 5 years of lifting

What do I do, /fit/. Was going for a 1rm just to see how much my strength improved and I pulled 500lb. Now my lower back is kinda screwed and I have to walk a certain way to avoid paid shooting through my right butt cheek

Will taking a long rest suffice? I don't want to spend money on a doctor/physician just for them to give me pain killers and tell me to not do any lifting for a while.

Hey friends, I've just started working out, and was wondering how you guys deal with sweets. Do you eat them every day, once a week, or avoid them except on occasions. I want to try and limit my intake, but it is a struggle not reaching for an oreo whenever I can.

I've got this strange lump on my right calve. It's strange because it's only visible or present in anyway when I flex my right calve instensely. Otherwise there's no lump, nothing. It's like it's a weird mass of muscle because it flexes with the rest. Is it just a weird insertion or regroeth from some childhood injury? It doesn't hurt at all, I only recently noticed it.
