I've got a couple questions. I've been lifting for a couple months now for some context.
- How should my muscles feel after a workout? After the initial soreness of beginning to lift goes away, what should they feel like? A couple of weeks in they would feel like they were bulging and it would last for quite a while afterwards. Now I only feel the bulging for a couple of minutes and then it goes back to normal.
- What's a good low calorie snack I could eat throughout the day? I kind of want to eat constantly because eating is great but I'm not sure what the best thing for that would be.

it's not entirely fixed for me, I felt it while trying to maintain proper form during struggling with the weight. I was never one to pay too much attention to form on bench press, shoulder blade retraction, elbows at 45 and some thoracic arching I think helped, or it could be that the weight is less so there's less weight on RC muscles.
I was planning on bulking because I've stalled my progression at a very low weight while both on a cut and maintenance diet, but I read the sticky about body recomp which says if you have high BF (>15%) you should cut first to lower it before bulking.
But I'm already skinny (145lbs, 5'11") and my BF% is probably ~20% at a guess. I feel like I'd be harming myself if I tried to drop my weight much more (and lose whatever little progress I've made so far).
Do I listen to the sticky?
