about 3 months ago got tired of being fat so joined a swimming pool and been losing weight. nwo do weights after swimming and started joining friends playing football or squash but always want to keep swimming.

pool has a sauna which i never used at first but then got curious about.

swim 40 mins different stokes hard as i can every session, 4 times a week.

at first i would swim solid then sauna.

then went for a phase of, swim light 20mins, sauna then go hard remaining time

currently sauna first (strech at same time if quite) then cold shower after swim.

what is the best way to get the most out of the sauna?

mostly trying to keep loosing weight but would not mind continued muscle growth.

What are some natural ways of whitening my teeth? I brush and floss after every meal, but I started late and my teeth were already yellow disasters by the time I started when I was a teen.

Alternatively, how much does it cost to get a dentist to do it?

Should I be doing excersises that focus one muscle group in a row? Just #askin.

You mean like doing multiple bicep excercises in a row, for example?
You can, if you have a split and focus on one muscle group at a time (but if you're advanced enough for this you probably know what you're doing anyway).

But if you do something like full body, I'd suggest not doing that.

So for example, if you do full body, and do rows, bench, curls and tricep extensions, I'd do bench first, then rows, then triceps, then curls, that way each group will have some rest before you hit it again.

Get your fiber in. Overdose on omega 3 foods and dont go too heavy on meats amd saturated fats. Nuts, seeds, lots of spinach and asparagus.

when i do keto i basically eat cheese, cream bacon, eggs and a bit of chicken, only ever kept it up for 3 months at a time, with my local grocery store it gets too much for me at that point due to me eating the same shit every day.

Unrelated to lifting and would have happened anyway. When I was 20 I grew all of my chest and stomach hair in what seemed like a fucking week.

why do I not see more people on here advocate for this stuff? it has a ton of protein (12 grams per 1/4 cup) and can just be thrown into oatmeal and protein shakes...pretty cheap too

is it bad because it's made from soy? will that give me lots of estrogen?

Hey Guys i need your advice.

I started working out around 6 weeks ago and bulked pretty well. All my friends noticed already that i got a lot bigger and i gained 5 kg. But I also quite a bit of fat and boobies which i really dont like and looks really bad when wearing t shirts, i guess i am around 22 % bodyfat and i am wondering now if i should start cutting down to 10-15 % and then do a really clean bulk?

the only problem with this chart is that lean muscle mass differs from photo to photo.

what good is knowing your fat % if your muscle mass is steadily decreasing as you get flabbier. if anything, that is the opposite of what lifting regularly yields.

15% guy is significantly less muscular than 10-12%, but in your gym population, guys that have been going for 5+ years at 15% body fat will outlift a 10-12% guy.

my point being: stop posting that stupid chart.

Do i stand with my hips forward or is this correct posture?

I feel that I have a lean back from my hips up, but when I try to shift my weight to what looks straight in the mirror I feel my weight in my heels instead of the middle of the foot like rippletits wants
