Ive been having pain that starts from my lower back and shoots down my right leg, im pretty sure i injured my Sciatic nerve. How could I go about fixing it? The pain interfere with my day to day life pretty badly considering i spend all day on my feet.

Trust me anon I really wanted it to be real too. I hate sleep, I feel like I'm wasting my time, but after trying all the different types of polyphasic sleep, and then going back to a normal sleep routine you realize that getting your 6-8 hours of sleep in really do make a huge difference with your well being and our bodies are just wired that way.
Alternatively you can do what some idiots do and sleep like 3 or 4 hours and pretend that you feel like shit regardless of how much sleep you get.

I'm a uni student working to help pay for school and support my senpai but it's making me lose all my gains. I work construction for a Chinese company (I'm white) and I started 12+ hour shifts to make more money but I can neither eat properly nor can I make it to the gym most days now. If I go to the gym before work I don't have enough energy to make it through the day and we don't get enough breaks that I can get food down. It's been 2 months and I've lost about 20 pounds and starting to feel like shit. I need this job and the money, and this company allows me to skip out on tax so I can save more.

By a lifetime of eating little. It's habit, habit that has been there for so long it has probably created mental pathways in which it is satisfied with less calories than average. I'm one of them, it has taken me years to break this and I'm finally able to eat in a surplus. When all your life you eat in a surplus this will be the exact opisit. You have to break the habit, this will not be easy and will probably take months or in my case years. It can be done, but most people are not willing to sacrifice their comfort to achieve their maximum potential.

0,5l water
3 carrots
2 frozen cubes spinach
frozen broccoli
a banana
ginger
lemon juice
strawberries, blue berries, apple depends. I mix it up
Its really tasty, shitting is a pleasure, fills me up without any calories and you actually feel really great after a few weeks. Buying my mixer two years ago was one of the healthiest decisions I made in my life.
Its not expensive, easy to store since most stuff can be frozen, fast to make and really healthy.

i have been losing weight these past few month, but only with diet, and doing some arm workout.
the thing is that i have varicose veins, or like the doctor said, weak veins.
i have some bump on my leg, actually i had, now they are not so visible, but they are still there.
the problem i have now is that my legs are itching, and wanted to workout but don't if i should, maybe working out will increase my problem, i don't know.
the other problem i have is that my fat butt was really comfy, and now that im losing weight, every chair that i sit, is very hard and doesn't feel great, is this a curse of losing weight?
