What would be the best routine for begginer that is on a cut. I want aesthetics and have shitload of kg's to lost and want to use the noob gains to the max.
Was thinking about Reg Parks routine but I've heard it might be too much if you are on a deficit.

that means you are only needing 100 grams of protein.

1 scoop = 20 grams of protein

therefore you need a PATHETIC and HUMAN, FIVE SCOOPS.

Hi /fit/

I just hired a trainer, and had my first session on Saturday. I haven't worked out in a long while. We did endurance stuff for a half hour and much of my body was sore.

I rested the next day, then did strength and cardio for a half hour the day after that ( yesterday ).

Today I didn't eat much and I felt foggy for the work day today. I don't want to work out today because I'm sore from yesterday but most important, I don't want to hurt myself.

Is a half hour every other day the way to go? I'm a beginner and I want to do this properly.

far as I know, the only test supplement that works is injected test, either artificial (most steroids) or natural (some of the test you might get from a doc.)
