This morning I was doing squats and my back spazed out for a second on one of my reps. It didn't hurt really but did not feel right I had to immediately stop squats for the day. No my lower back is sore and feels tight and it gets stiff if I am sitting for a any period of time. Even sitting I can feel a little bit of soreness which is not bad but I did take a ibuprofen when I got home so maybe that is why it is not so bad. Should I see Doc right away or give it a bit? The pain is not sharp just dull and stiff especially when I stand up straight there is a a moment or 2 when I feel like I have to work to straighten the lower back.
I will have to avoid deadlift and squats till it seems better at this point, but has anyone had this happen? Was it anything serious?
