Hey /fit/ I've started going to a new gym near my work. I usually shower there with the same group of guys. My question is, have you ever approached the guys who you shower with in the locker room? I have no friends in the area so I thought it would be a good chance to make some with similar hobbies but not sure because they might think it is gay.

You can def. be friendly with people in the locker room. I think it'd get weird if you tried to make it a friendship outside of the gym.

Starting Phrak's GSLP, which includes Chin ups. I can't do them for the life of me, so should I do negatives or just fuck it and do lat pull downs palms facing me till I can? Are negatives worth it?
If I should do negatives how can I emulate a 3x5? Do I do 5 negatives? or would I hold myself for 5 seconds? I'm retarded, help /fit/

Sleeve tats require some commitment to composition and image, which is inherently more aesthetic than random 'basic' tattoos.
Also, it can frame a really cut arm, possibly better than just bare skin.
