I tore my hamstrings and apparently can't lift heavy with legs for probably a year.

What's a good upper body only routine? And maybe some very light or bodyweight exercises just until I can squat and deadlift again?

Pulls ups, dips, bench, shoulder press, curls, forearm work and any ab stuff you want.

3x8, increase weight until you can't do 5 or more. Deload and keep going.

Since I started eating at a huge deficit and exercising daily I have huge energy in the mornings which is great. But I'm waking up at like 4:30 am, which kind of sucks.

How can barbells be better than machines if you regularly work all your body parts to failure regularly on machines? A barbell doesn't magically make those body parts last longer or give you more body parts to work. Machines are just safer and easier on your joints. Body parts.

Does anyone have some decent no-equipment workout ideas for a 20 something year old guy who isn't in the market for weights?

I'd like to avoid buying any kind of equipment since there aren't any real gyms near me, and I'll have access to a full gym anyways in about 3 months, where I can seriously start trying to get /fit/

I also plan on working my way to a 5K just so I can do something to shed off a few pounds, even if it isn't going to turn me into a hulk or anything. I was hoping i could throw in some body weight training to at least somewhat cover my bases and get in the mindset to do real lifting in a few months.

Whenever I have hit plateaus with my squat numbers, I have switched my leg days completely to machine workouts (leg press, hack squat, etc), while maintaining a focus on weight rather than reps. A week or two later, I return to the front and back squats, and find that the weight that I had previously struggled with is now too light.

Not sure if it will work for you, but it worked for me.

I know that fats have been unfairly demonized and aren't necessarily unhealthy, but I've been trying to go in and donate plasma and they keep rejecting my blood because it's too lipemic. My macros usually have a higher fat ratio, and that's the problem according to the people testing me.
What bothers me is that I'm eating healthy fats, and I'm already kind of struggling with my testosterone levels. When I drop the fats, I can feel a difference.
I also have a bad family history of cholesterol and heart attacks.
Am I just fucked on all fronts? Would switching to a 40/40/20 macro split help any of this?

They haven't. Some fats have been fairly cautioned against, other fats have been fairly lauded. There's different kinds of fats. What food sources are you getting your fats from?
