How much alcohol is too much? I usually have one or two drinks a night.and sometimes indulge on the weekend, but not every weekend. I'm 24 and in decent shape. Is a beer or cocktail every night dangerous?

I'm 25 and only realized about a year ago that i have been doing shitty bro splits and not making much progress. I recently did 5x5 after reading the sticky on this site. I loved 5x5 but i think it is time for something new. i was looking at this plan after being none too happy with a lot of the roid plans on bodybuilding . com

what do you guys think? is PPL the best? is 6 days too much ?

yeah i am shooting around the 8 to 10 range. only thing i do less is deadlifts on one of the days just because i like having a bit more strength

Yeah sucks to be a grill but to be quite honest since i started lifting seriously i really admire women who are natty and managed to get decent physiques, even more than dudes since u need more effort and time to get less results.

There is this milf that was obese as fuck and now she has the body of a fucking fitness model (nothing exagerated and obv natty), all she did was skin removal surgery and a shit load of cardio and she squats about 200 lbs (by normies standards she's the strongest woman in my gym), nothing impressive at all but the transformation was god damn amazing.

Why can't you do something like 5x5 3x per week forever?
I really don't understand why this wouldn't work.
Like if you maybe get 5,4,3,2,2 reps or something at a certain weight and you do that 3x per week will you really get stuck forever?
