You have to introduce more calories and protein into your diet so your body has more resources to use to produce muscle. More marble to carve if you will.
And for what you want you also have to lift weights, heavy weights. Just in case you didn't realize. That means no baby weights, the weights you're lifting should be heavy enough that you shouldn't be able to physically do more than say 10 reps. I'm sure the other anons have more specific ranges on what the minimum and maximum number of reps should be.

For strength: 3-5, definitely stick closer 5 as a newbie though. 3 won't be enough volume in general at your level.
For hypertrophy and accessory lifts: 8-12.
But get on a program that tells you what to do. Don't just throw shit together and do random rep ranges. Read the sticky and eat a lot

So apparently a small sugar-free redbull contains 5 calories. I've been using them as a preworkout, and the caffeine seems to keep my hunger at bay (I'm just beginning my cut).
However, it seems to good to be true. Is there a way this shit can still make me fat or fuck up my cut even if it contains very few calories?

There's a chick at my gym, really great body, but her face is pretty meh, but I can imagine her being really great to fuck because of her /fit/ body.
Thing is, shes my height (maybe a bit shorter) and my face is pretty average myself, but I have a pretty /fit/ body myself (5 years lifting).
I'm wondering what women who are /fit/ think of themselves in regards to their "league" when they have a meh face.

Hey /fit/, newfag here, I just started working out recently with easy dumbbells, I'm weak af and thin af, probs the thinnest guy around my village, 110 pounds or 50 kg, I work out like once a 3 days for like 30 mins (I think thats not enough right?) Im using the dumbbells until my arms hurt and then do a crunches, all adds up to 30-45 mins. Any tips? Everything else I do in my life is sit in front of PC.

I add a set of 10 about once a week and am still seeing visible gains
