Guys I have an appropriate routine (SS) I'm going to follow as a beginner but need a link or someone to recommend what weights to start at for: Back Squat, Overhead Barbell press, Barbell deadlift.
I'm 5'8 (inb4 manlet jokes), 73kg (sorry burgers), 18 yo male, I live a mostly sedentary litestyle, mostly basic walking to and around campus. If this is in the sticky just tell me so and sage because I could'nt see it

Unfortunately we dont know if thats 73kg at 35% bf or 10% bf. Theres no way for anybody to know unless you go in and try. If you're terrified, use JUST THE BAR. If you don't care about life and want to get into gainz immediately, go with 35kg bench, 45kg squat, and 1pl8 deadlift. These are still extremely light and at your body weight should be no problem. BUT its recommended that you assess tolerance with just the bar.

Anyone ever get a weird sensation on the top of their wrist running up into their forearm after chest day? I've been icing the last two days, it's helped, but it feels like the tendons are fucked up or something

So I want to start going to the gym to get rid of the flab I have (mainly around my waist), as well as to actually get fit and build muscle after this.

Should I start with focusing on cardio? Do I start with a cut to get rid of the flab?

I guess that depends on how you wanna go about it. Personally i'd say just do strength training to get muscle mass while staying somewhere around the same weight while eating shitloads of proteins and BCAAs. After you're significantly strong, start doing cardio, change your diet to a cutting diet.

One of the big reasons why I lift is because I want to feel attractive to gain confidence, the only problem is that I have wide hips.

I saw this movie though of Ryan Gosling and he seemed to have a very similar bone structure to me and girls say that he is very attractive.

Obviously wide hips are bad for bodybuilding but can I still manage to be a 8/10 to girls?

Is Ryan hot because he's famous or would girls think I was hot too if I had a body like his?

Lifting for confidence is not a meme and feeling attractive makes you confident. Also confidence is not the only reason I lift.
