Just finished two cycles of Candito 6 week and hit 355x3 on Squat. Felt like shit the last few weeks so I was hoping to do a program with lighter weight and more volume. Planning on doing 20 rep squat later this year alongside Texas Method and/or Candito 6 weeks.

Inserting a 1mm needle into you taint and leave it for a day or two. Soaking the needle in milk beforehand seems to help as well.

>Don't do brosplits. Your muscles take approximately 48 hours to regenerate after a workout. Training them once a week is a loss of potential gains, also those routines are filled with volume, due to them being 1 or 2 muscle groups per day, so strenght gains are non-existent.

How difficult is mountain biking in actual mountains if you've never done it?

uh, it depends?
Depends. Are we talking well-trafficked fire roads/hiking trails? Pretty easy. As long as you don't get too crazy on the downhill and skid off a cliff you're good.
Single track with hairpins on a steep downhill? Not so easy until you have great balance of front + back wheel and braking. I would still do it, but make sure you don't just disappear one day and break a major bone then die in the wilderness.
Ability to rock hop and the cool jumps you see on youtube and think "wow that looks like fun! I can do that!" come later.
Expect to fuck your shit up. Get up and keep trying.
I do a 20 mile mixed single track/fire road trail with about 1/4 of solid dirt jumps once a week. It can be a rush, but I've been riding seriously for 15 years. I know how to fall, and I wear a fullface helmet.
It can be a lot of fun and extremely fulfilling, not to mention /fit/ people tend to pick it up more quickly than fatties off the couch.

So I picked this up at a discount store for about 12 bucks, and was unimpressed at first until I looked up why reviewers liked it so much and realize I expected a typical pre workout jitterfest.
Its been alright since then, but I'm just now hearing about Mesopmorph and the controversial DMAA.
FDA states DMAA can cause heart problems, but I imagine thats only if you abuse it.
So tell me more about mesomorph, I do have a slightly flattened heart due to pectus excavatum (Its not terribly bad) but I don't quite feel like dying.
Is this stuff a good fit? Do I dare have ANY caffeine after taking this? Whats it feel like? Whats DMAA comparable to?
