1. Tin of sardines (or fish of choice, but sardines work best) in oven-proof dish
2. Bake those niggers for 6 minutes at gas mark 9 / 250 Celsius / 475 Fahrenheit
3. Take out the oven and crack 3 or 4 eggs in there
4. Bake another 7 minutes
5. Take out and leave to rest to let the egg settle, season with black pepper, sea salt or a dash of honey
If you want the egg solid instead of runny you can bake the fish with olive oil so the egg will effectively be boiled when it's baking

If you already have bad eating habits when you start gaining you are going to get fat
It depends. If you first bulk, you will have muscle but it will be covered by fat. If you first cut, you will have low fat but no miscle to show off.
So, if you are new to lifting i recommend you start bulking if you are skelly, and start cutting to ~15% or lower bf if you are chubby/overweight/fat.
