Read the sticky, have a few noob questions before I start:

There seem to be multiple versions of SS. Which one is the best for beginners?

I'm a 5'10, 18 year old male. What weights should I start with?

Is pic related a good cardio plan? Should I be doing cardio with SS? I've read somewhere that SS doesn't include cardio.

I've been getting pic related from costco cause its a pretty good deal, but my most recent bag has been total fucking shit. My last bag dissolved really well in water just by stirring with a spoon but the one I just bought Immediately sinks into the water and clumps up like crazy (the one before would stay on top of the water without mixing at all until I stirred)

Did I just buy a bad batch or what the fuck is going on??

Probably just a bad batch. I've never had any sort of issue with the gold standard brand. That said it's possible the flavor you got is just garbage. I don't experiment too much with my protein powders.

Milk gives me acne so I try to avoid it, also as I said in the OP water and a spoon weren't a problem at all with the last bag

Newfag to lifting, started working out about 2 months ago on the 5x5 StrongLifts Routine.
Everything's good but I'm starting to not be able to complete sets.
For instance I can't go above 25kg for OHP, if I do I just won't be able to do all five sets, rn I'm just stopping the exercise where I can't complete and moving onto the next, thing is I'm not seeing any improvement in my strength anymore like I did with te first month and a half, like Going from squatting 20 to 55 (don't laugh plz)
Should I start looking at supluments to push me that extra bit further? like creatine or protein powder?

Height: 190cm tall
Weight: 84kg
Fat percentage by eyeballing is about 16-17%

I've been panicking for the past week from fear. Anyone experienced this before. I feel pretty much perfectly healthy since I recovered from the 'flu' but I still have swollen lymph nodes. They're not that big, but I can feel maybe 2-3 along the left side of my middle-to-lower neck area.

Do they get bigger or stay enlarged if you keep prodding and rubbing them?
