americans go suck a cawk
Hi /fit/
I need fucking help cause i'm in a very specific situation. I started to go to the gym recently, want to lose weight cause I'm a little bit chubby and put some muscles on me as well.
The thing is, I get hit on by fucking gays all the time. The worse is when I do the leg curl (when you're on your belly), each time I get up there are at least 4 or 5 guys staring at me.
It's starting to eat my confidence as a man, I'm genuinely feeling bad, and I even lost the will to jack off. My ass isn't big or whatever, I have weird long quadriceps though, and I feel it got worse since I started to squat.
I want to have strong legs but in a masculine shape, should I stop squatting ? I don't even know what is going on, I have some fat yeah but I don't have a female ass or anything.
I can share a pic if it's really needed, it's gonna be faggy as fuck though.
>>42185180
Pic ? Also maybe try frontsquat, squat tends to make a T-rex shape. And stop being insecure anon, you should be glad some gays are checking you out.

I need your professional help brehs.
>havn't been playing voleyball for more than a year
>played at quite advanced level before
>last sunday, back to game
>warmup, training and match games: 4-5 hours total
>my quads feel weak and somewhat paralysed at the end
>discomfort walking off court
since yesterday and today morning I can't fucking rise from chair, bed or damn toiled without hand support - its not that painfull, muscles just resist to cooperate
It doesn't feel like regular soreness and muscles feel more tense than usual, no pain when touching, only at certain angles of standing up or walking down stairs.
I have next training session in 1,5h, should I take some painkillers and try to play carefully or just wait till condition passes?
>>42185131
I'd say take a day or two off. I had the same trouble starting BJJ. I trained no matter how sore I was because I loved it so much but I noticed that I never had energy for anything and basically got depressed everytime I trained very sore. Pretty sure it fucks your gains up too. Could also be your muscles that have just cramped up a bit, try to get a massage and if that's not possible either a hot bath or a long very hot shower while massaging the spots should help.
>>42185428
Thanks bro. Massage helped (able to stand only with legs strenght) but still my - jump is pretty nonexistent. I'll just play static without jumping.
Started working out, have always been athletic to a certain degree but could never get rid of that shitty belly fat everyone has, since i got a dumbbell i started to lift it everyday and noticed growth in my biceps, also got those push up stands to increase my dips and noticed growth on my chest BUT belly fat still there. i know that calories matter but what do i do to start cutting fat and building muscle effectively without cutting gains, should i cut out the cardio i do ( i run 10 - 20 miles a week but i thought that helped :) if not ill cut it out of my workout ) really hoping to get some advice on here! ( and my caloric intake is 1500 sometimes lower )
Thanks /Fit/!

How do I get a job?
I have a PR of 180/225/270/320. Why won't anyone hire me?

Your numbers are shit, they probably think you half-ass every other thing too.
Will drinking olive oil before a workout raise my test levels?
Do it, post results

>the mouth-breather has a shit frame
HAHAHAHA
this is because the pituitary gland is located in the sphenoid bone right beneath the maxilla. when the maxilla is recessed the pressure in this bone changes causing the pituitary glands hormone secretion to become unbalanced.

Thank god my mother convinced me to stop mouth breathing before I hit puberty.
I was like... 4 or 5 years old, and we were on this tour of an old mine. There was a guy who looked quite similar to the OP's pic (on the right) with his mouth hanging open in a constant, gormless expression, with barely any chin.
My mother said to me "Look, anon, that's what you'll look like if you keep on breathing through your mouth."
I stopped instantly and never did it again on a regular basis.
I started doing this for my side abs and lower back, and I'm not sure if it's perfectly safe for my loxer spine/hips.
Also what are som good exercises for side abs?
>>42184860
>side abs
deadlifts and front squats

There has been way too many bad feels thread on here. Can we just post good feels and motivation stories so that we can all finally make it together?
>Start lifting

I want the humidity to go. I'm supposed to live in a frigid, northern tundra, but yesterday was 93 degrees "feels like 99."
Fucking Minneapolis.
Hi I'm interested in either fasting or intermittent fasting for weight loss... I want to hear people's experiences with fasting for weight loss and how has it worked for you. I've been doing a lot of research and there is a ton of factual science to back it up. So here's my questions for you...
>how has fasting worked for you?
>how fast did you return a healthy weight?
>how did you eat during your "feasting" periods?
>what would you suggest for a noob that wants to try fasting for weight loss?
>>42184747
I experimented with intermittent fasting for a few months. Here are some things I learned.
It works better if you're eating higher fat
I slept better if I started my eating period later in the day, and ate a high fat/protein meal an hour before bed.
Gains stalled after two months, but I was also in a deficit. I actually got stronger the first couple of months.
Was absolutely shredded, but I was keeping myself in ketosis as well.
Do it, OP. Try it for a month. You'll be surprised by how self regulating your appetite becomes. Re feed days will help you stay on track by keeping your hormones in check.
>>42184747
I've been doing 16:8 for a little over a month and have lost about 12 lbs. I typically a decent sized lunch around 12:30 or 1:00 (around 700-800 calories on average) and dinner around 6:30 (around 1000 calories). Sometimes I'll have a 200 calorie protein bar or shake in between the two meals. The two main things I've gotten out of IF so far:
>By being strict with my eating window, I no longer snack or drink beer after dinner (I've actually cut drinking alcohol completely for now). This has probably cut 500+ calories from my diet per day on average.
>I feel a lot more comfortable with the feeling of hunger. I know that it comes in waves and the feeling usually passes within half an hour. I don't find myself worrying about long periods without eating and I occasionally extend my fasting period to 18-20 hours without any real discomfort.
Overall, it still is calories in calories out, but I find IF is a helpful way for me to restrict calories while still being able to eat two normal sized meals and not have to be too strict about counting calories. I just can't eat all that much in an 8 hour or less window as long as I'm avoiding anything too calorie dense.
This is a fitness board, not a diet board you fucking cunt. Sick of this shit.
