Hey /fit/, I'm a little new year,
just quit smoking after 2 years and I've been working out at home and drinking water recently.
I'm 6'2 and weight roughly 154-157 I believe.

How could I achieve this body?
I dont necessarily want to be big and buff and huge and stuff, I sorta want this really toned/sharp muscle look, any tips/advice on how I could get it?

Sup /fit/, I have a dilemma. For the past few weeks I've been making good progress cutting from 157 to 141 lbs through a low carb diet (~2000 cals). Last Friday I hit a low of 147 lbs in a morning weigh-in. Unfortunately on Saturday evening I binged on shit tons of carbs and cookies and the next day worked and dieted extra hard to compensate for it. Now for the past few days since Saturday I've been badly constipated and my weight has went up to 154 lbs in between meals and 151 lbs in the morning. Should I be worried about things and cut even more or just take a laxative and throw away all worries with my next passing?

If you kept to a reasonable diet? You'd get lean. Swimming is very good for cal burn vs. time inputted.

You won't hit slick panty wetter otter mode without some structured swim plan and basic muscle exercises (body weight).

I want honest crits of my body and mode from people around me and the only way to do that is to eavesdrop. I take my shirt off at work and the gym. I heard some people once call me Arnold but thats not enough, they were fatasses and male. I'm thinking of dropping a disguised "hot mic" somewhere in the room, taking off my shirt, then collecting it later and going through the recording. Has anyone else done this? -_-
