He squats 3 plates and his legs aren't don't even look anywhere near decent. The taller you are the longer your muscle fibers are which means the more weight it takes to break them.

Anybody else take a break from the gym every now and then?
Been lifting and dieting religiously for the last 2 years now.
Kinda got lazy though, so I decided to take a month off working out just to relax and focus on work, as I'm starting up new projects now, and I'm currently really enjoying the break.
It's been about three weeks and my muscles haven't shrunk much at all, my strength definitely went down but I'll be back to where I was before quickly, and since I'm still watching my diet, I haven't lost much definition, just a tiny bit of size.

So I'm wondering, is this a legit strategy? Do other people take short breaks from working out? Or am I just being lazy? The only example I know of is in one of Jujimufu's videos he said he takes a 2 month break from lifting during the holiday season, but other than that I haven't heard much from anybody else about a break from the gym.

The best thing about my break though is that I'm itching to go to the gym, so when the month is up and I head back, I'll have a whole new drive and motivation to lift and diet some more.

tl;dr: decided to take a month break from working out just to take a break and get fresh motivation. Anybody else do this/know any theories/other people who do something similar?

I take a break around the holidays usualy no more then a week though, but then I gotta hit the gym twice as hard because holiday food. I don't really recommend it because you miss out on gains building time.

it's called deloading, and it's used quite frequently. In fact, some people argue that thi is better for overall gains because it keep cortisol level down.
I don't really practice it, mot rest I'll take is a day off, but it accomplishes the same thing. Don't feel bad about it because 1. You used the time off wisely 2. watched your diet and 3. already proved that your commitment to fitness is a habit, so a short break won't hurt you. Start fresh, reset, and focus on your lifts now.

My friend didnt listen to my advice and took creatine even tho i told him its dangerous. Now he has a creatin infection (pic related).

What to do now? Should we go to the emergency room or will the body get rid of the creatine alone?

First of all, my english is not my main language,so sorry if i commit any mistakes. Im male, 20yrs old,173 cm height and know 75kg(bf 15%). So.. i did about 1 month of fuckaroundthis at the gym with the lowest gains, and I decided to change, got a better program at the gym (bodybuilding at this time) and a nutritionist,I was eating about 2150kcal and cheated three or four times. At the end of one month i lost about 1,4kg total bodywheight, and the bioimpedance analysis said it was 0,9kg of muscle and i GAINED 0,2kg of fat. Im now a beginner on powerlifting and the training is destroying me, i love it, but here comes my doubt, my nutritionist gave me another diet with just 2275kcal(yeah,i counted),and my powerlifter trainer(who is a professional on the sport for so long and winned a couple of events on my country) said i was eating too damn low for powerlifting ,that i should eat at least 3000kcal and not cut at the beginning because i dont have any muscles. I don`t know what to do. I did some math and my current TDEE is about 2465kcal/day.
