Not even memeing, is it possible and feasible to gain strength and hypertrophy around your face muscles? I remember seeing a thread a guy made on here where he made homemade jaws instruments and his own routine and gained a fuckton of hypertrophy from that and chewing gum. Can I get fucking hacked eyelids and blink so hard I made gusts of wind?

My chest is getting SMALLER
How do I get a big chest
I did 5x5 then 3x10 afterwords for hypertrophy
But now i'm thinking to drop the weight and do 20 reps on those last 3 sets instead. Anybody here with a gorilla chest pls post pic and tell me how you got it

Either your frequency, volume, or intensity are off. If you want to grow your chest, do 7-9 sets of chest exercises 2x a week at least, or just 5 sets of bench 3x a week.
Make sure it's difficult enough that you struggle on the last reps. Also make sure to form check. You should vary the number of reps per exercise, so for example:

3x5 Bench press
3x12 Dips (or Flyes)
3x8 Incline DB Press

With this you get variety, but you do all main functions of the chest, a heavy loaded press, a stretch, and a lighter press with a good contraction. Just make sure week to week you add weight, add reps, or add a set to some exercises.

You never grab the titties if you don't reach for them, lad, add some weight to your bench and use the other tips and your bench should go up 5lbs a week for a few weeks at least.
Also try switching up exercises. I got tired of normal bench and I've switched to close-grip and have been putting up more weight consistently.

After a year of not giving a fuck I'm finally got back in to the gym. I was sweating like a pedo driving by a middle school and I threw up like a high school cheerleader but I made it through the first session and I feel great. Thank you /f/it for making me feel like i do this again and be the healthy me and not fat me .

what the fuck is wrong with me. every time i do dips, i feel pain in my collarbone right after my set. i have to like ease myself out of the form. i googled it and all the solutions were faggots going like "IMMEDIATELY STOP DOING THEM AND SEE A DOCTOR!"

this seems kind of extreme and its probably just a form issue. any anons experience something similar and know how to fix it?

I just straight up can't do skull crushers or upright rows, I hear clicking and it feels very uncomfortable to do the motion.

Read practical programming for strength training
Once you begin to stall on whichever program you did choose an intermediate program
Continue to get stronger, and build muscle and work capacity
