How to fix knees caving in on squats?
Can't seem to fix it, I do banded squats as a warmup and it hasn't helped much.

How did you stop comparing yourself to more experienced lifters /fit/? Some days I don't even think about it, but then I see a chick squatting more than me or a curlbro warming up with my max and I can't stop obsessing. I'm natty btw. I know I'll never look like the pros but I can't stop comparing myself to them.
I'm doing this for fun. My actual sport is finance.

doing it for 90 days now, i do every set till muscles give up. then i push my self after short rest a couple more.
noticed some slight gains, and physique change.
If u faggots can suggest some regimens for workout, to gain some mass mostly is my focus now. i dont really wanna go slim muscle, but even more i dont wanna go outside of my room to exercise

While working out my forearms i'm pretty sure i bruised some muscle? there's no external bruising but it fucking hurts on my left arm if its hit to hard, what the hell did i do, do i need to stop working out forearms? help me avoid /toothpickforearms/ hell! what the FUCK did i do? to many curls? for example: i do 160 curls every day (low number i know) so i don't think curls somehow do this? ( i do curls in intervals of 40 so it goes (40 + 40 + 40 + 40 = 160) i DON'T think its my curls, do i need to reduce my weights? i've been happy with my gains and can still lift but i don't want to fuck up my left arm permanently.

Unless you are trying to be on the leading edge of pro competition, it doesn't matter.
Any and all lifting shoes are plenty good enough, so get whichever are cheapest/you find the best looking.

Just pick a stretching routine that takes like 15-20 min and do it every day. I did martial arts for 7 years and we stretched every class and I have done any martial arts in over 2 years and I retained all that flexibility.
What is this machine called and do I need it for my home gym?
I just do bench presses, lifting weights, situps...I do feel that I'm still not hitting the back muscles perfectly, really hard to hit them.. but whenever I tried these string based machines, they hit my arms waaaay more than the muscles that they are supposed to be hitting

It would probably be the last thing I would buy if I had the money to buy anything. Good for facepulls and fly variations, but those can also be done with dumbbells and plates

It can take 3-5 days to go away at first.
But, the good news is that if you go to the gym while still sore, the soreness will go away after a few warm up sets.
After a few weeks you will stop getting sore, and you will start to miss it. (this doesn't mean you aren't working hard enough, soreness is not an indicator of a productive workout)

I prefer RDL to deadlift and I'd make OHP your b day instead of bench. Also why paused lifts? And on your b say do front squat instead of back squat, switch lateral raises for face pulls on b day as well

If you're deadset on curls, do two different kinds; one for A and another for B. Keep rest super short in the sub 60s range.
You'd be better served by rows overall, anyways.
If you weren't a beginner I'd say Piana's tactic of hitting some (not crazy amounts but recoverable) curls before bed works as long as you're setting things up so you don't develop an overuse injury.
If you have sub 16" arms, don't bother until you do. You'll just look retarded without tris or delts to match
