As you have to ask such "stupid" questions, you're clearly nor experienced enough to write your own programming.
You didn't specify which loads you would use aswell.
Also, these rep ranges are both normally used to increase maximum strenght, if you wanted to switch it up you should use 3x8-12 depending on the lift and how much lighter the load you use is.
With these ranges you can increase the volume (aka total workload) with far less danger of injury and work on your muscle endurance aswell.
Optionally, concentrating on slow eccentrics (non-active parts of the lift, e.g. the downward motion in a curl) would help your progress much more than hopping rep ranges.

What I want:

2. Comfortable to grip
3. various angles
4. very firm, no shaking of the machine
5. has a flat surface on top, so that you actually pull yourself up completely as if you were climbing onto a tree
IMPOSSIBLE to find. Some pullup bar that you put between the door is better than these garbage machines but I dont want to ruin the door frame because I'm renting, plus it's not high enough if I put it between the door.
Pullups are a quintessential thing about being a monkey / while climbing. This exercise should have the most variations available, yet for some reason they give me some iron bar and tell me to deal with it. NO.
