New to fit. Want to improve body and mind. Have decent genetics, hardly ever work out. 6'0 190 lbs. Kayak allot and sometimes walk/bike. Want to get gym membership. Any supplement suggestions or steroids that are low side effects?

Around mid-march of this year, I weighed about 265 pounds (6 ft tall), and since then I've lost about 95 pounds, and I'm now sitting at 170 pounds. I got to around 170 pounds at the beginning of September and have been at that weight (give or take a pound) since then. During this weight loss transition, I went to the gym doing the usual cardio/weight lifting. I feel really good about where I am right now, but I still have a significant amount of skin leftover on my stomach and a little bit of flab on my arms and thighs, but that's only really visible if I extend my arms out completely and when I'm sitting down. I was obese (215+ pounds) probably for about 5 years leading up to my weight loss, and I was wondering if the extra skin on my stomach will eventually go away. I don't really have any ab definition because of this, even though I can feel some muscle in my abdominal area from my core workouts. Will that skin ever go away or shrink, considering how long I was at that weight? My stomach obviously decreased significantly, and most of what's left is probably just skin and not a huge amount of fat (I don't know what my body fat percentage is though). Taking this into consideration, should I go on a caloric deficit to try and cut away at whatever fat is still there, or should I just try to go on a caloric surplus/maintain so I can just build more muscle where there is just skin? I don't want to get super huge, I just want to look lean and have some abdominal definition, but it's hard to with how my stomach looks right now

If you are a newbie it dosnt make sense to start with a ppl. Your body will respond just fine (more then that) on a full body routine. What is the point of doing 3-4-5 or however many pushing exercises on the same day when just 1 is enough in the beginning? You are just giving your body to much stimulus and it does not result in better progress.

Decide to get out if auswitz mode before uni. Start lifting in June. Just measured today gained 15 lbs and got 2 inches on my arms. Feels good brehs. Getting complements too :)

what are tips for clear skin. i know its mostly diet but ingrown hairs suck. mostly its a problem with shaving my legs which are fairly big for my size just not super defined yet current size is 5 9 apx, at around 185.6 lbs right now.

Is this way too much ? Or is working out 6 times a week when you're not on juice just generally a bad idea ?
Like I said the logistics of working out every day don't bother me since I don't have to leave my house, but the length of the individual workouts under ICF 5x5 definitely was.
I might end up taking down the main lifts to 3x5 eventually, right now I'm aiming for 5x5 each time but only not adding weight or deloading if I fail to hit 3x5.
