How are these macros for a bulk?
Also, general nutrition thread
Lower fats to 70 and use thr rest of the calories on protein
>tfw gained 16 pounds in the last 10 weeks and am now at least 22% bodyfat
>figured I was just gaining serious muscle doing half a gallon of milk a day
>self conscious now about my weight
Ive been on a moderate carb/high protein diet with a 200 caloric deficit for the last 3 weeks. My plan here was that on the fourth week to Water Fast and still maintain my 6 workout days a week. I've done this before about 3 months ago and surprisingly did not notice much of a decrease in resistance training strength until about the 6th day losing 10-15 lbs. and dropping about 3% BFM. The idea here is to not have to go into such an extensively long or massive caloric deficit and get it out in a shorter period of time. Has anyone else tried this?
You're going to die.
Your performance is gonna drop like a fat kid down some stairs.
Fit I just nearly blacked out at the gym and my uncle had to carry me out

Everyone should go to a chiropractor imo, they're like fucking wizards with making ya feel good and helping adjust posture/hip alignment.
Or you could do yoga and that would help as well.
Ya'll getting your DMAA?
Is it supposed to make it harder to get a boner?

Why are fat people so entitled?
See, this is why I do bone density exercises. I am immune to cars.
electric chair is better. It's still legal in some states, right
It has a complete nutritional profile and is cheap and requires no prep time.
Instead of doing meal prep and packing lunch you can drink of bottle of Soylent for lunch
>>42247594
its too expensive
12 bottles for 32 bucks.
that'll only last me 4-5 days.
the concept of replacing food with a cheap alternative is pretty cool and futuristic, but until they can fit a meal into pill size i dont see it taking off

>drinking people to gain their power
Simple question.
What is the difference in muscle gain between standard diet and something like keto or other fitness diet for someone that is starting to get in shape?
Obviously this question lacks a lot of information needed to answer it correctly but I'm sure that it will be interesting to others in this more general way. So just assume.
Why don't I see /fit/ talk more about pork loin instead of chicken? It's cheaper and almost the same macros.
>>42247504
nah dude they are more expensive. the tenderloin of any animal especially beef requires a lot of processing (removal of fat, silverskin, gristle etc) so what youre eating is about 40% of the psoas major muscle (the edible part) which there are only 2 of on a pig. chicken breast is a lot easier to process, only 2 cuts are required - therefore it is cheaper .
>>42247504
Dude the smiths by my house once had a two hour sale for pork loin, .77/lb
Spent eight bucks for more than ten pounds, they sliced it into steaks for me and it was a beautiful meaty week.
>>42247538
where I live chicken boneless skinless breast = $1.99/lb
Pork loin = $1.79/lb
